Mr. Muksodul Islam (Maksud) serves as the Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Hospica Bangladesh Limited, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s organizational structure, compliance framework, and corporate governance strategy. With a distinguished background in law and extensive experience in corporate administration, he brings a unique combination of legal acumen, leadership, and strategic insight to the management team.
Mr. Islam is an Advocate enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council, and an active member of both the Dhaka Bar Association and the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the South Asian University, New Delhi, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGD-IPR). His academic and professional credentials reflect a deep commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
In his capacity as Director, Mr. Islam oversees a broad range of responsibilities, including:1. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Supervising all corporate, contractual, and import-related legal matters to ensure adherence to national and international standards.2. Human Resources Leadership: Developing and implementing HR policies focused on employee growth, welfare, and ethical workplace conduct.3.
